Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.

Key Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience working on requirements for service-based companies / IT clients.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process.
- Good understanding of technical skills, job requirements, and candidate evaluation.
- Experience handling multiple requirements and meeting recruitment TATs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
- Candidates who have worked on requirements for clients such as Infosys, IBM, Accenture will be preferred.
