We are seeking a motivated Counter Booking Executive to join our team in Vizag RTC Complex. The ideal candidate will assist customers in making travel arrangements, process bookings, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and bookings via telephone and email.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate travel packages and services.
- Able to coordinate with bus conductor and customers regarding the timings and parcels delivery.
- Provide information on travel policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and offerings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the booking process.
