We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Admission Counselor to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a solid understanding of the admissions process, helping prospective students navigate their educational journeys.

Responsibilities

- Guide prospective students through the admissions process and provide them with information about courses and programs offered.
- Evaluate applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates suitability for admission.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, workshops, and seminars to promote the institution.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract potential students.




- Provide counseling and support to students regarding their academic and career choices.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in admissions counseling with EdTech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and parents.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the education system and admission processes in India.
