Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across *Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and BigBasket*.

* Manage advertising budgets, bids, keywords, placements, and campaigns to drive *sales and efficient ROAS/TACoS*.

* Monitor key metrics including *Sales, Orders, Ad Spend, Ad Sales, ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate*.

* Analyse *SKU, keyword, category, and platform-level performance* to identify growth opportunities and optimize underperforming campaigns.

* Drive *search visibility, product discoverability, rankings, and marketplace presence*.

* Track *competitor pricing, assortment, promotions, and visibility* across platforms.

* Monitor *stock availability/OOS impact* and work with category and marketplace teams to improve SKU performance and assortment.

* Plan and execute *seasonal campaigns, promotions, current launches, and platform-specific activations*.

* Build and maintain *daily/weekly MIS and performance dashboards*, translating data into actionable growth recommendations.

Key Requirements





* *2–3 years of hands-on experience* in Quick Commerce / Marketplace Performance Marketing, preferably across *Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and/or BigBasket*.

* Strong understanding of *Q-commerce advertising, sponsored placements, search visibility, SKU performance, and marketplace growth levers*.

* Proven experience in *campaign management, budget optimization, and performance analysis*.

* Strong analytical skills with experience handling *SKU and campaign-level datasets*.

* Advanced *Excel* skills — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, and dashboards.

* Ability to turn *marketplace data into actionable business insights*.

* Understanding of *Q-commerce consumer behaviour, promotions, inventory impact, and marketplace search*.

* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

* Highly *data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment*.
