Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales & Marketing (Interiors) role based in Hyderabad. The role involves promoting interior hardware products, engaging with walk-in and B2B customers, and providing product demonstrations and recommendations tailored to project requirements. The Sales & Marketing professional will manage leads, prepare quotations, follow up on prospects, and work toward closing sales while meeting assigned targets. They will collaborate with the internal team to plan and execute marketing activities, such as showroom promotions, interior designer outreach, and digital campaigns related to interiors.



Daily responsibilities also include maintaining product displays, gathering market insights, supporting training sessions for partners or junior staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to handle inquiries, convert leads, meet targets, and manage sales pipelines for interior hardware products.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide team members, channel partners, or showroom staff on product features and selling techniques.
- Knowledge of interior design trends, hardware fittings, and project-based selling is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in hardware, building materials, interiors, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple clients, and use basic computer and CRM tools.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience: Min 2+ years of Experience

Salary : 25,000 - 40000 per month
