Job Description:

Handle customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.

Resolve queries, complaints, and escalations within timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Maintain updated customer records and track interactions in CRM.

Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Graduation in any stream.

6 months – 1 year of experience in customer care / e-commerce support.

Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools).

Customer-focused, polite, and problem-solving attitude.
