We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team for an international process.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in International Voice or Chat Customer Service and should have excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through International Voice or Chat support .
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and within the required time.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Customer-focused and professional.
- Confident while communicating with international customers.
- Good at handling customer queries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational/UK shifts, if applicable.
- Candidates with international customer service experience will be preferred.
