Key Responsibilities:

1. Research trending beauty products, ingredients, brands, and consumer trends.
2. Identify emerging trends and convert them into recent product ideas.
3. Present market research and product opportunities to founders.
4. Manage product sampling, testing, feedback, and iterations.
5. Identify and coordinate with manufacturers and external partners.
6. Follow up on pricing, feasibility, samples, and development timelines.
7. Support the complete product development journey from concept to launch.
8. Maintain records of research, samples, and product pipeline.
