Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
2. Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
3. Provide accurate information about personal loan products and services.
4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales performance.
7. Continuously update knowledge of banking products and industry trends to better serve customers.
