Make it ready for the real world.We're looking for an experienced Embedded QA / Test Engineer to build the automated testing foundation behind a connected-device platform.You'll own hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and firmware regression testing, helping ensure that every firmware build is reliable, validated, and ready before reaching devices in the field.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining hardware, firmware, Python automation and quality engineering to find problems before customers do.Location: Dominican Republic or IndiaEmployment Type: Full-timeReports to: Delivery LeadWhat You'll OwnDesign and maintain hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test rigs for connected devices.Build and automate firmware regression testing across kernels, drivers, and networking stacks.Define and track test coverage, quality, and defect metrics.Reproduce and verify complex hardware and firmware defects alongside Embedded Systems and Device Driver engineers.Own the go/no-go quality gate before OTA firmware releases.Integrate automated hardware testing into the CI/CD pipeline.What We're Looking ForMust Have4+ years of embedded or firmware QA experienceHands-on hardware-in-the-loop (HIL)
