Job DescriptionWe’re Hiring: AI OCR / Intelligent Document Processing Specialist nnn Location: India – 100% Remoten Work Hours: Must be comfortable working EST business hoursn Engagement: ContractnnnWe are looking for an experienced AI OCR / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Specialist who can design, build, integrate, and deploy AI-powered document processing solutions in production environments.nThe ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience working with complex and varied documents, including scanned documents, PDFs, invoices, forms, and handwritten content.nKey Responsibilities & Requirements: n• Design and build AI-based OCR/IDP solutions for extracting, interpreting, and validating structured and unstructured information from documents.n• Hands-on experience with one or more document processing platforms such as AWS Textract, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Google Document AI, Kofax, or equivalent technologies.n• Experience using LLMs and document understanding models for document classification, intelligent field extraction, data validation,



and improving extraction accuracy across different document types and layouts.n• Strong Python programming skills with experience developing APIs and integrating OCR/IDP solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and automation workflows.n• Experience taking document AI solutions beyond POCs and deploying them into production environments.n• Strong understanding of confidence scoring, validation rules, exception handling, human-in-the-loop workflows, and strategies for handling low-confidence extractions.n• Experience processing challenging documents, including handwritten content, poor-quality scans, varying layouts, and semi-structured/unstructured documents.n• Ability to troubleshoot extraction accuracy issues and continuously improve document processing models and workflows.nPreferred Profile: nnn Candidates with hands-on experience combining traditional OCR/document processing technologies with modern AI/LLM-based document understanding will be highly relevant.n Candidates must be based in India and available to work EST business hours.nn
