Key Responsibilities Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments & schedules Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, contractors and internal teams Handle follow-ups and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks Prepare and manage reports, documents and correspondence Assist the Founder in meetings and maintain meeting notes/action points Coordinate regarding ongoing interior & turnkey projects Manage travel,
