ARTIST & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Workplace: On-site / Work From Office

Salary: ₹25,000– ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Training Period: 15 Days for Freshers | 7 Days for Experienced Professionals

Probation Period: 3 Months

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, organised and responsible professional to work directly with singer Vicky D Parekh.

This role combines Artist Management, Live Show Execution, Stage Production, Event Operations, Business Coordination and Digital Music Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the artist’s calendar, schedule, meetings, rehearsals and live shows.

• Coordinate with clients, event organisers, musicians, vendors and production teams.

• Coordinate live show execution, including sound, lights, LED, stage setup and technical requirements.

• Understand basic live sound, microphones, monitors, FOH, lighting, stage plots and technical riders.

• Coordinate sound checks, rehearsals and show-day technical requirements.

• Coordinate flights, hotels, local travel and event logistics.

• Handle client communication, follow-ups, invoices, basic banking-related work, GST coordination and documentation.

• Coordinate music releases, You Tube, streaming platforms, PR, collaborations and digital operations.

• Maintain Google Sheets, Excel reports and event documentation.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication,



coordination and organisational skills.

• Practical knowledge of live shows, stage production, sound and lighting.

• Ability to coordinate with technical and production teams.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and handle pressure during live events.

• Valuable knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.

• Willingness to travel for events when required.

• Honest, responsible, proactive and committed to long-term growth.

• Previous experience in Artist Management, Live Events, Stage Production, Event Management or Entertainment Operations is preferred.

FRESHERS

Freshers with good knowledge of live music, stage production and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

LOCATION

The office is located in Mulund, Mumbai. Candidates from Mulund, Bhandup, Thane, Kalyan and nearby areas may apply if they are comfortable with Work From Office.

TRAINING AND PROBATION

Freshers will undergo a 15-day training period, while experienced professionals will undergo a 7-day training period.

Performance, communication, work discipline and ability to handle responsibilities will be evaluated during the training period.

The selected candidate will then undergo a 3-month probation period. Confirmation will be based on overall performance and suitability for the role.
