Role Description This full-time Presentation Designer role is a hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Presentation Designer will create visually engaging presentations for large screens, translating briefs, raw content, and complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives. Daily responsibilities include designing slide layouts, selecting typography and color palettes, working with graphics, charts, and animations, and maintaining consistent brand guidelines across deliverables. The role involves collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand objectives, refine messaging, and iterate on design based on feedback and timelines.



The Presentation Designer will also help develop design templates, optimize files for different display formats, and ensure presentations are technically sound and ready for live events.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling for large-screen formats.
- Proficiency in design and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Point, Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Ability to interpret complex information and data, create charts and infographics, and simplify content into transparent visual structures.
- Experience working with brand guidelines, creating design templates, and ensuring consistency across multiple presentations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, including proofreading slides for errors and ensuring technical readiness for events.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in event presentations, corporate communication, or marketing design is an advantage.
