Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager – Electrical to oversee electrical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end electrical project activities from project initiation to completion.

- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams.

- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cost control.

- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.





- Support material planning, procurement, estimation, and project execution.

- Track project progress and prepare regular reports.

- Handle client communication and resolve project-related issues.

- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Requirements

- B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution/management.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.

- Experience in commercial/industrial electrical projects preferred.

- Knowledge of project planning, estimation, budgeting, and execution.

- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

- Kannada proficiency is preferred/required for site coordination.
