We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to execution, contribute to innovative design solutions, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design projects from concept development to detailed design and execution
- Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members
- Ensure projects meet design quality, timelines, and regulatory standards
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project presentations
- Contribute to innovative and sustainable design solutions

Required Skills

- Minimum 6+ years of skilled experience in architecture




- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with 3D visualization and presentation tools (Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray preferred)
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings
- Understanding of building bylaws, regulations, and project coordination
- Strong design sensibility and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Experience in urban design, institutional, or public infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
