Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead and manage a sales team and drive revenue growth for our electrical safety products. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, monitoring team performance, and identifying current business opportunities across Pune and Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
- Identify new clients, markets, and business opportunities for electrical safety products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and track achievement against targets.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales team members.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities and market trends.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client requirements.
- Regularly visit clients and project sites across Pune and Mumbai.
- Contribute to overall business growth and long-term client development.

Requirements:

- Graduate with proven experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and business development.
- Willingness to travel frequently between Pune and Mumbai.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and achieve targets.
- Science graduate or candidate with an Electrical/Electrical Engineering background will be an added advantage.
- Experience in electrical safety products, electrical equipment, infrastructure, construction, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
