Amtrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd. | AP Freight is expanding its US Freight Brokerage team and is looking for experienced Freight Brokers who understand the business, know how to build relationships, and are ready to take their performance to the next level.
We are specifically looking for candidates with 6 months to 1+ year of hands-on experience in Freight Brokerage.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR BROKERS WHO CAN:
Prospect and develop US Shipper/Customer relationships
Generate and negotiate freight opportunities
Source and manage carriers effectively
Negotiate rates and protect margins
Handle the complete load-booking process
Build repeat business and long-term customer relationships
Work independently while delivering consistent monthly performance
