LAKSHI HOME is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team at our Pallavaram Experience Center.

Position: Senior Interior Designer - Team Lead

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Pallavaram, 200 Feet Radial Road, Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: As per industry standards + performance incentives

Key Responsibilities ::

Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget.

Develop creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior design concepts.

Create space plans, 2D/3D designs, and client presentations.

Present design concepts to clients and handle design discussions confidently.

Manage client interactions from initial consultation through design finalisation.

Conduct site visits and ensure design feasibility.

Coordinate with project, production, and execution teams.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design deliverables.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Support and guide junior designers whenever required.





Requirements:

3–8 years of relevant experience in interior design.

Strong experience in residential interior design and modular interiors.

Excellent client handling and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of space planning, design principles, finishes, and interior execution.

Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to independently manage client projects from concept to design finalisation.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of Coohom will be an added advantage.

Candidates with strong client-handling and sales-conversion skills will be preferred.
