- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level business planning applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to drive problem resolution.
- Excellent communication skills to document and convey technical information clearly.
- Capability to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
