Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Source and develop vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Procure HVAC/MEP materials as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project, Store, Accounts, and Design teams.
- Prepare RFQs, comparative statements, POs, and purchase reports.
- Ensure timely material delivery and cost control.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve procurement issues.
- Lead and manage the purchase team.
Required Skills: Vendor Management, Negotiation, Cost Control, MS Excel/ERP, HVAC/MEP Material Knowledge.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
