Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, persuasive, and empathetic Telecaller Executive to join our fundraising team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing donors, explaining our ongoing charitable campaigns, and securing vital funds for the Trust. This is a purely work-from-home opportunity, and a dedicated calling SIM card will be provided to you by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to a provided database of prospective and past donors.
- Clearly and passionately explain the Trust’s mission, current social initiatives, and the impact of donations.
- Persuade individuals to contribute to various fundraising campaigns and guide them through the donation process.
- Answer donor inquiries regarding the Trust’s activities, transparency, and fund utilization.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls, donor responses, and collected funds in the daily tracking system.
- Follow up with interested donors politely and professionally to ensure donation commitments are fulfilled.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service,



or NGO fundraising (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply).
- Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and basic proficiency in English. Ability to speak regional languages is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a highly persuasive yet polite phone etiquette. Must possess empathy and a genuine interest in social work.
- Technical Needs: Must have a working smartphone.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to standard working hours in a distraction-free home workplace.
