Bring culinary skill, consistency and care to MCS. We seek experienced chefs who take pride in quality ingredients, balanced meals, accurate portions and professional kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook meals to approved recipes, quality standards and service requirements.

- Maintain consistent taste, portion weights and presentation.

- Plan daily preparation and batch cooking for timely service.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen handling, secure storage and cleaning procedures.

- Check ingredient quality, track stock usage and reduce avoidable wastage.

- Support accurate packing, labelling and kitchen records.

- Document recipes and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

- Proven professional cooking experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering operation or comparable commercial kitchen.

- Strong cooking, preparation, portion-control and kitchen organisation skills.





- Knowledge of hygienic food handling and secure storage practices.

- Ability to deliver consistent quality during busy production periods.

- Reliability, teamwork and attention to detail.

- Experience preparing balanced or fitness-focused meals is an advantage. Culinary training or relevant certification is an advantage.

Compensation and support

- Fixed salary: ₹18,000 per month.

- 30-day paid probation with a Day-30 performance review.

- One staff meal per shift.

- Travel allowance is included where applicable, under agreed company terms.

- Accommodation may be provided for suitable outstation candidates, subject to availability and agreed terms.

Selection may include a paid cooking trial assessing taste, consistency, portion accuracy, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
