Your work profile:

- Lead end-to-end data management initiatives, including data governance, data quality, data migration, and master data management (MDM).
- Define and implement data management strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Manage data migration activities, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,



functional teams, and technical teams to gather data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
- Lead project teams, oversee delivery, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation within project timelines.

Key skills required

- 15+ years of overall experience in SAP/Data Migration projects.
- Involved in at least 5+ end-to-end migration projects.
- Led 2–3 migration projects as Migration Lead or Project Lead.
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing business processes.
- Experience in migration strategy, data cleansing, data mapping, data validation, and cutover activities.
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and drive migration initiatives independently.

Qualifications:

- Degree: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
