Reporting To: Medical Superintendent / Hospital Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Orthopaedic Doctor to provide consultation, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care for patients with musculoskeletal, bone, joint and trauma-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct OPD consultations and assess orthopaedic patients.
- Diagnose and manage bone, joint, muscle, ligament and spine-related conditions.
- Manage common orthopaedic trauma and emergency cases as per clinical requirements.
- Review X-ray, CT, MRI and other relevant diagnostic reports.
- Perform minor orthopaedic procedures as per qualification, competence and hospital protocols.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Conduct regular IPD rounds and monitor admitted patients.
- Coordinate with OT, Nursing, Radiology, Physiotherapy and other departments.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans and clinical documentation.
- Advise patients and attendants regarding treatment, procedures, precautions and follow-up.




- Refer cases requiring higher/super-speciality intervention when clinically appropriate.
- Follow hospital clinical protocols, patient-safety standards and applicable professional regulations.

Eligibility

- MBBS + MS/DNB in Orthopaedics from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council/NMC as applicable.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in trauma and emergency orthopaedics will be an advantage.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.

For On-Call Position

- Doctor should be available for scheduled OPD/consultation and emergency calls as mutually agreed.
- Should be available for urgent orthopaedic consultation when required.
- Availability for surgical/procedural cases can be discussed separately based on the doctor's expertise and hospital requirements.

Experience

Fresh Postgraduate / Experienced: Both may be considered.
Preferred: Experience in Orthopaedics, Trauma & Emergency Care.

Location

Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Salary / Professional Fees

Negotiable, based on qualification, experience, duty pattern and Full-Time/On-Call engagement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
