- Strong knowledge of dyeing processes and fabric types.
- Good understanding of chemistry used in textile dyeing.
- Ability to troubleshoot production and quality problems.
- Leadership skills to manage a team.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
- Attention to detail in shade matching and quality control.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology / Textile Chemistry / Textile Engineering (Preferred).
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of Experience as a Dyeing Master.
