Dream Child Development Center is a newly established, multidisciplinary child development center providing comprehensive therapy and developmental support for children. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist to join our growing team.

Speech Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and feeding assessments as appropriate.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child’s needs.
- Provide one-to-one speech and language therapy sessions.
- Work with children with speech and language delays, articulation difficulties, autism, developmental disorders, communication difficulties, and other related conditions.
- Monitor and document therapy progress and maintain appropriate clinical records.
- Provide parents with home-training activities and regular feedback.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Behavioral Therapists, Special Educators, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in case discussions and contribute to individualized intervention planning.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology(BASLP).
- Relevant clinical experience is preferred, but freshers with good clinical knowledge may also apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical and child-centered clinical practice.
