JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Operations Executive – Commercial Non-Motor Insurance to support the day-to-day operations of commercial insurance policies. The role involves policy processing, documentation, coordination with insurers and clients, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of operational activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Handle day-to-day operational activities related to Commercial Non-Motor Insurance.

 Process recent business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy-related requests.

 Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders for timely processing.

 Verify policy documents, quotations, invoices, endorsements, and other relevant documentation.

 Maintain accurate records of policies, client information, and transaction details.

 Follow up with insurers for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and pending documentation.

 Support premium reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and related operational activities.

 Ensure timely updating of data in internal systems and maintain proper documentation.





 Assist in preparing MIS reports, operational reports, and policy-related statements.

 Identify discrepancies in documents or policy details and coordinate for timely resolution.  Ensure adherence to internal processes, company policies, and applicable insurance guidelines.

 Provide operational support to the business and client servicing teams as required.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

 Good understanding of Commercial Non-Motor Insurance products and processes.

 Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting.

 Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

 Good coordination and follow-up skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

 Good written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

 Problem-solving and analytical ability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
