This includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the integration of security controls, and ensuring seamless transition to cloud security-managed services. The position requires continuous evaluation of security measures to maintain robust protection while supporting business performance and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures within cloud environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align security architecture with evolving business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of security frameworks and best practices.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and architecture frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and risk management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable security designs.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
