Job Description

1-Develop a strong understanding of Domestic Education Loans, products & processes
2-Support the sales team in identifying prospective customers, generating leads and understanding the complete customer acquisition journey
3-Participate in customer conversations and meetings to understand customer requirements and develop effective communication and relationship-building skills
4-Understand the local education loan market, competitor offerings, key institutions and customer trends
5-Learn and support the end-to-end sales process, including lead follow-up, documentation, application coordination and tracking of cases




6-Accompany experienced sales team members on field visits and institution/customer meetings to gain practical exposure to sales practices
