Job Summary:- We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, accounting, taxation, treasury, cash flow, and financial strategy. The role will support business growth, profitability, international operations, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate finance, taxation, fundraising, financial planning, and multi-country financial transactions, with the ability to work closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:-

Financial Strategy & Planning:-

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
- Monitor profitability, costs, cash flow, and financial KPIs.
- Provide financial insights to senior management for business decisions.

Treasury & Cash Flow:-

- Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and banking relationships.
- Oversee financing arrangements and ensure effective capital utilization.

Taxation & Compliance:-

- Manage direct and indirect taxation, tax planning, assessments, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations across relevant jurisdictions.

International & Multi-Country Finance:-

- Manage multi-country and cross-border financial transactions.
- Handle foreign currency transactions, international payments, and related reporting.
- Support financial requirements for overseas business operations and expansion.

Fundraising & Investment:-

- Support and lead fundraising activities, financial projections, investor presentations, and financial due diligence.
- Evaluate investment, partnership, and financing opportunities.
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, banks,



and financial institutions.

Reporting & Team Leadership:-

- Oversee financial statements, management reports, and financial dashboards.
- Establish strong internal controls and financial governance.
- Lead and develop finance, accounts, taxation, and compliance teams.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
- CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, including senior-level responsibilities.
- Robust experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, treasury, and cash flow management.
- Hands-on experience in fundraising and financial modelling.
- Experience handling multi-country/cross-border transactions and international financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
