Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Google Workspace Administration
- Administer and support Google Workspace services:
- Gmail
- Google Drive
- Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Google Meet
- Google Calendar
- Google Chat
- Groups for Business
- Manage organizational units (OUs), groups, and user accounts.
- Configure policies, access controls, and security settings.
User & Access Management
- Perform onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning.
- Manage licenses and subscription allocations.
- Handle role-based access control and delegated administration.
- Support identity and access management processes.
Security & Compliance
- Implement security best practices for Google Workspace.
- Monitor suspicious activities and security alerts.
- Manage data loss prevention (DLP), retention policies, and Vault configurations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Incident & Problem Management
- Investigate and resolve Level 2 support issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
- Work closely with vendors and escalation teams.
- Drive issue resolution within SLA commitments.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process automation.
- Support reporting and dashboard creation.
- Contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain and update SOPs and knowledge base articles.
Stakeholder Support
- Provide technical guidance to end users and junior analysts.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
- Participate in service reviews and improvement discussions.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace Admin Console.
