About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Computer Teacher / Training Faculty to join our training institute in Titwala, Thane.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in teaching computer courses to students, working professionals, beginners, or other learners in a computer training institute.

The candidate must be confident in teaching Computer Fundamentals and MS Office, along with having basic knowledge of AI tools and applications. Knowledge of additional computer-related subjects such as Tally, DTP, Graphic Designing, Internet & Digital Skills, or other software courses will be an added advantage.

We are particularly looking for a senior or experienced faculty member who can independently conduct classes, explain concepts practically, handle different levels of learners, and contribute to the overall quality of training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students and learners.
- Teach Computer Fundamentals and MS Office effectively through practical demonstrations and exercises.
- Prepare and deliver structured lessons according to the course curriculum.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
- Provide hands-on practical assignments and exercises to students.
- Monitor student progress and provide appropriate guidance and feedback.




- Resolve students' doubts and provide individual assistance when required.
- Conduct practical tests, assessments, and assignments.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Keep course content and teaching methods updated with current technology trends.
- Introduce students to useful AI tools and basic AI applications wherever relevant.
- Handle multiple batches and different learner groups as required.
- Maintain regular attendance and student performance records.
- Coordinate with the institute management regarding batches, syllabus completion, student performance, and academic activities.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, demonstrations, and other academic activities conducted by the institute.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

- Has genuine interest in teaching and training
- Has previous experience teaching in a computer class, computer institute, training centre, school, college, or skill-development institute
- Can independently handle a classroom and practical sessions
- Has excellent communication and explanation skills
- Can teach beginners patiently and effectively
- Is comfortable with practical, activity-based teaching
- Is responsible, punctual and professional
- Is willing to learn and stay updated with new technologies




- Can handle students from different age groups and skill levels
- Has a positive and approachable personality

Experience Required

Relevant teaching/training experience is strongly preferred.

Job Location: Titwala, Thane, Maharashtra

Candidates residing in or around Titwala will be given preference.

Candidates staying along the Dombivli to Kasara belt / nearby areas are also preferred, considering daily travel convenience.

Titwala → Kalyan → Dombivli → nearby Central Railway locations towards Kasara

Candidates who can comfortably commute to Titwala on a regular basis are encouraged to apply.
