We are looking for an experienced Production QC to inspect the quality of both wooden and iron furniture during production and before final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect wooden and iron furniture at different stages of production
- Check products according to approved designs, drawings and measurements
- Check dimensions, alignment, level and overall structure
- Inspect wooden joints, fitting, edges, surface and finishing
- Inspect iron welding, joints, grinding, alignment and fabrication
- Identify manufacturing defects and coordinate with production teams for correction
- Check polish, paint, powder coating and other finishing work
- Check furniture for stability, strength and proper fitting
- Conduct final inspection before packing and dispatch
- Ensure products meet company quality standards
- Maintain daily QC records and report major quality issues
- Coordinate with production, upholstery, packaging and dispatch teams




- Help reduce rejection, rework and customer complaints

Requirements

- Experience in Furniture Production QC / Quality Control
- Knowledge of both wooden and iron/metal furniture
- Good understanding of furniture measurements and specifications
- Knowledge of welding, fabrication, wooden furniture construction and finishing
- Good observation and attention to detail
- Ability to identify defects and ensure corrective action
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Basic computer/ERP knowledge will be an advantage

Experience

2–5 years preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
