Finance Executive Job description

Department:

Finance & Accounts

Reports To:

Finance Manager / Head – Finance

Job Summary:

The Executive will be responsible for managing core financial operations, ensuring

statutory compliance, and supporting accurate financial reporting within the organization.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in healthcare

finance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting

 Prepare and review financial statements

 Ensure accuracy of General Ledger and reconciliations

 Support closing processes

 Monitor financial performance

2. Compliance & Statutory Requirements

 Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS

 Handle audits

 Maintain documentation for compliance

3. Accounts & Operations

 Supervise AP, AR, and billing

 Ensure timely payments and collections

 Review cost allocation

Budgeting & Planning

 Assist in budgets and forecasts

 Track variance analysis

5. Internal Controls

 Implement financial controls

 Ensure SOP adherence

Qualifications:

 Chartered Accountant (CA)

 1–3 years experience

 Knowledge of taxation and accounting standards

Skills:

 Financial reporting

 Compliance knowledge

 Excel proficiency

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
