Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer with strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models and Agentic AI systems.

The successful candidate will design, build and operate production-grade AI solutions that detect anomalies in marketing and business data, identify potential root causes, and generate actionable insights for business users.

This is primarily an engineering position, with approximately 70–75% of the role focused on developing, deploying and operating AI solutions in production environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Engineering and Delivery

- Develop ML, LLM and Agentic AI workflows to automate business analysis and insight generation.
- Design and expose AI capabilities through APIs, microservices and scalable applications.
- Convert proofs of concept into reliable, secure and production-ready AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business, data and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Production Engineering

- Deploy and operate AI and ML applications in production environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability and model-performance tracking.
- Design robust error handling, fallback mechanisms and recovery processes.
- Improve system scalability, reliability, maintainability and security.
- Establish automated testing and CI/CD processes for AI applications.

Marketing Analytics and Anomaly Detection

- Develop anomaly-detection models for campaign, customer and business-performance data.
- Analyze marketing KPIs to identify trends, anomalies and performance gaps.




- Perform root-cause analysis across complex business datasets.
- Generate automated insights, explanations and recommendations for business decision-making.
- Support forecasting, predictive analytics and recommendation use cases.

Agentic AI and LLM Solutions

- Design multi-agent workflows for data analysis, investigation and recommendation generation.
- Build RAG-based applications using structured and unstructured information.
- Develop tool-calling, reasoning and workflow-orchestration capabilities.
- Implement prompt engineering, context management and LLM evaluation frameworks.
- Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, groundedness, reliability and safety.

Required SkillsAI and Machine Learning

- Strong experience with machine learning, anomaly detection, forecasting and predictive analytics.
- Positive understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models in production.
- Experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, performance monitoring and retraining.

Generative AI and Agentic AI

- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Llama.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
- Experience building agentic workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks.




- Understanding of tool calling, reasoning workflows, memory and multi-agent orchestration.

Engineering and Cloud

- Strong Python programming and software-engineering fundamentals.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- Experience deploying solutions on AWS.
- Exposure to Azure or GCP would be advantageous.
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, observability and production-support practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of overall relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience developing GenAI, LLM or Agentic AI solutions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering production-grade AI applications.
- Strong problem-solving, solution-design and stakeholder-communication skills.

Screening Requirements

Profiles will be considered only after completing an adequate L1 screening. Before submission, the candidate’s technical suitability, genuine interest, Pune-location acceptance, availability, notice period, compensation expectations and current offer status must be validated. Any subsequent change in availability, interest or employment preference must be communicated proactively.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
