- Mold Installation & Removal: Safely mount, align, and unbolt heavy molds using cranes, lifts, or specialized change carts.
- Auxiliary Hookups: Connect water/cooling lines, hydraulic lines, pneumatic air lines, and electrical controllers.
- Machine Setup: Input parameters, set clamp tonnages, adjust mold height, and verify safety interlocks.
- Test Runs & Quality Control: Run initial test cycles to confirm the produced parts match visual and dimensional standards before releasing the machine to full production.
- Maintenance & Safety: Inspect molds and equipment for wear, clean work areas, and report any mechanical issues
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
