Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor the boiler and steam generation system safely as per SOP.
- Monitor steam pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption, and boiler parameters.
- Operate and monitor feed water pumps, deaerator, chemical dosing system, blowdown system, and related equipment.
- Maintain required steam pressure and quality for pharmaceutical production and utility requirements.
- Perform routine inspection of boiler, valves, pumps, gauges, safety valves, pipelines, and other equipment.
- Maintain accurate boiler logbooks, shift records, checklists, and equipment readings.
- Perform boiler blowdown and monitor boiler water parameters as per approved procedures.
- Follow GMP, EHS, SOP, safety, and pharmaceutical plant requirements.
- Report any abnormal pressure, leakage, equipment failure, or unsafe condition immediately to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the Utility, Maintenance, Production, and QA teams whenever required.




- Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure the boiler remains in protected operating condition.
- Follow proper shift handover procedures and communicate all operational issues to the next shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the boiler and utility area.
- Follow all applicable statutory boiler regulations and company safety procedures.
- Handle boiler-related emergencies according to the approved emergency procedure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
