PRODUCTION ENGINEER (Boiler Pressure Parts)

We manufacture IBR-certified boilers and pressure parts. Looking for a Production Engineer to plan and supervise shop-floor fabrication of boiler pressure parts (panels, coils, headers, bends), ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise production: cutting, bending, fit-up, welding and assembly.
- Prepare schedules, allocate manpower, track progress for on-time delivery.
- Ensure work follows drawings, WPS/PQR, ITP and IBR norms; monitor weld quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with Design, QC/QA, IBR inspection, Stores and Purchase.
- Control material usage/wastage, maintain traceability, production and rejection reports.




- Supervise shop-floor team and subcontractors; enforce discipline and safety (PPE).

Requirements

- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in boiler/pressure vessel/heavy fabrication.
- Knowledge of SMAW/GTAW/SAW welding, basic NDT, WPS/PQR, IBR documentation.
- Able to read drawings/weld maps; positive leadership; MS Office (ERP a plus).
