Job Purpose

To gain practical, hands-on experience in hotel operations by supporting the respective department in delivering efficient, professional, and guest-focused services while developing essential hospitality skills.

Key Responsibilities-

Front Office

- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Support the Front Office team with guest queries and requests.
- Assist with reservations, guest registration and documentation.
- Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth guest services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Office area.
- Learn and follow hotel standards, policies and SOPs.

Housekeeping

- Assist with cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas.
- Follow room-cleaning and housekeeping SOPs.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and supplies responsibly.
- Support linen and amenities management.
- Report maintenance issues and room discrepancies to supervisors.
- Follow safety, hygiene and hotel standards.

Culinary / Kitchen

- Assist the culinary team in food preparation and basic kitchen operations.
- Support mise en place and preparation as instructed by the Chef/Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Handle kitchen equipment and ingredients responsibly.




- Assist with proper storage and handling of food items.
- Support the team during meal periods and special events.

F&B; Service

- Assist in restaurant and banquet service operations.
- Support table setup, mise en place and service preparation.
- Assist with taking orders and serving food and beverages under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables.
- Respond politely to guest requests and coordinate with the team.
- Follow service standards, hygiene practices and departmental SOPs.

General Responsibilities

- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Follow hotel rules, regulations, policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain punctuality and discipline.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Attend departmental training and learning sessions.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head or Supervisor.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
