Key Responsibilities:

Take approved drawings from the Design Team and plan site execution, schedules, and work sequencing.

Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, false ceiling, carpentry, stone, painting, glass, metal, and other agencies.

Conduct regular site visits and verify dimensions, site conditions, and readiness before execution.

Coordinate with the Senior Designer on technical or design-related queries and ensure no design changes are made independently at site.

Monitor workmanship, quality, and progress against project timelines.

Conduct stage-wise quality checks and maintain site photographs and progress reports.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors and track pending decisions, materials, and site requirements.

Prepare snag lists, ensure timely rectification,



and manage final site handover.

Skills required: Robust technical knowledge of interior execution; working-drawing understanding; MEP coordination; carpentry/furniture detailing knowledge; site sequencing; ability to read architectural/interior drawings; contractor and agency management; quality control; measurement/basic quantity understanding; problem-solving ability; strong follow-up and documentation habits; and the ability to manage several sites simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
