Hiya Digital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website UI/UX Designer to join our Design & Development team in Chembur, Mumbai.

You will design modern, responsive, user-friendly websites and digital experiences for a variety of business and client projects. The ideal candidate has strong visual design and UI/UX skills, a solid understanding of responsive web design, and enough frontend knowledge to work effectively with developers.

What You'll Do

- Design modern, responsive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design landing pages, homepages, service pages, product pages, forms, navigation, and other website components.
- Translate business and client requirements into clear, attractive, and user-focused designs.
- Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Work primarily with Figma for wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and optimize website graphics and visual assets.
- Apply UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color, spacing, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with frontend/backend developers, project managers, SEO professionals, content teams, and clients.
- Review implemented websites and identify issues with layout, spacing, typography, responsiveness, and visual accuracy.
- Consider website performance, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and SEO when creating designs.
- Incorporate feedback and continuously improve designs throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of professional experience in website design, UI/UX,



or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real website UI/UX and responsive web design projects.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good knowledge of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first web design.
- Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and how frontend interfaces are implemented.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, spacing, grids, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and reusable UI components.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Comfortable collaborating with developers and incorporating feedback.
- Willingness to work from our Chembur, Mumbai office.

Good to Have

- Experience with WordPress / Next.js.
- Knowledge of WordPress builders such as DIVI and Elementor.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insights.
- Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly and accessible web design.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Experience working on multiple client websites or in a digital/web agency workplace.
- Knowledge of web animations, micro-interactions, and modern UI patterns.

Portfolio Presentation Is Important. Please include a portfolio showcasing your website design work.

Your portfolio should ideally demonstrate:





- Website and landing page designs
- Responsive desktop and mobile designs
- UI/UX projects
- Wireframes and prototypes
- Design systems or reusable components
- Redesign projects or real client work, where permitted

Graphic design, social media creatives, logos, or print work alone will not be sufficient for this role.
