Job Summary:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an SDS Author located in Bangalore. The SDS Author will be responsible for creating comprehensive Safety Data Sheets (SDS) aligned with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include gathering chemical information,



ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to obtain necessary data. The SDS Author will also conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing SDS documents to ensure they remain current with evolving standards.

Essential Skill set/s: SDS authoring, Hazard classification, Dangerous goods classification, WRECS, HAZCOM, etc.

- Strong understanding of chemical substances, GHS, CLP, REACH, OSHA regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing chemical data, and creating detailed SDS documents
- Experience in technical writing, documentation, and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams
- SDS authoring according to country specific regulations
