Job Description

Just Frozen is looking for an experienced and responsible Chef/Cook to manage preparation of fresh, hygienic and tasty lunch meals for our upcoming lunch stalls in industrial areas.

The chef should be comfortable preparing food in bulk quantities while maintaining consistent taste, quality, portion size and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily North Indian lunch meals in bulk.

Prepare items such as Dal, Rajma, Chole, Kadhi, Rice, Jeera Rice, Seasonal Sabzi, Paneer dishes, Raita, Salad, Roti/Paratha and similar lunch items.

Plan preparation according to the expected number of meals.

Maintain the same taste and quality every day.





Control portion sizes and avoid unnecessary food wastage.

Properly manage raw materials and inform management about daily requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Ensure food is prepared and ready on time for dispatch to different lunch stalls.

Help develop economical lunch menus suitable for industrial workers and office staff.

Maintain proper storage and handling of vegetables, dairy products, spices and prepared food.

Coordinate with helpers and other kitchen staff as the business expands

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
