Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor daily vehicle movement and dispatch schedules
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of consignments
- Manage and supervise drivers and transport staff
- Coordinate with clients, warehouse, and operations team
- Track vehicles and ensure proper route management across India
- Handle transportation issues, delays, and emergencies efficiently
- Maintain records of vehicle movement, fuel, and trip logs
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies
- Optimize routes to reduce cost and improve efficiency
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and breakdown support

Skills & Requirements:

- Good knowledge of All India routes and transportation network
- Solid team handling and staff management skills
- Ability to handle pressure and solve operational issues quickly
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, tracking systems)
- Experience in logistics/transport industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
