Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities and shop-floor operations. The role will be responsible for achieving production targets through effective management of machines, manpower and materials, while ensuring quality, productivity, safety and minimum wastage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily production as per priorities and targets.
- Allocate manpower to machines, production jobs and shifts.
- Monitor Target vs. Actual production and take corrective action for delays.
- Monitor machine utilisation, downtime and production efficiency.
- Ensure availability and proper consumption of raw materials, packing materials and consumables.
- Monitor yield, wastage, rejection and rework and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate production records, registers and ERP/system entries.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns, repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with Quality for inspection, rejection and corrective-action requirements.
- Ensure operators follow approved SOPs, work instructions and quality standards.
- Maintain shop-floor discipline, manpower deployment, 5S, housekeeping and safety.




- Ensure proper identification and transfer of finished material to Stores/Dispatch.
- Conduct proper shift/day handover with production status and pending activities.
- Train and guide operators/helpers on machines, SOPs and quality requirements.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and CAPA for production-related issues.
- Support productivity, process and wastage improvement initiatives.

- Product/process trials and rework activities.
- Month-end and urgent production requirements.
- Overtime and shift manpower coordination.
- Physical inventory support.
- Production-related audit support.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
