Job Description

VRCYN IT Consultants is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are interested in building a career in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with interview scheduling and onboarding activities.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation/MBA in HR or a related field.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
