Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential participants, explain the Lansky India World opportunity, generate interest and convert enquiries into registrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective participants.
- Explain the show, audition process, categories and participation journey.
- Handle enquiries and resolve basic questions professionally.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
- Convert qualified leads into registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for candidate requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and registration targets.




- Build a positive and professional relationship with candidates.

What We’re Looking For

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English communication preferred.
- Confident and pleasant personality.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-ups.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Telecalling, sales or counselling experience will be an advantage.
