Job Summary

Responsible for promoting academy courses, conducting field surveys, generating leads, building relationships, and supporting student admissions through effective sales and marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities

- Promote academy courses through field sales and marketing activities.
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify potential students and institutions.
- Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions, and other potential locations.
- Collect and analyse basic market information and customer requirements.
- Identify new areas and opportunities for student admissions.
- Generate leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and promotional activities.
- Explain courses, training programs, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, campaigns, and promotional events.




- Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and admission targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
- Willingness to travel for field activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
