Job Title: Branch Manager

Role Objective

Responsible for the overall business growth, revenue, student enrollments, team performance, and operations of the Vijayawada branch. The role requires strong leadership, sales, market development, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Own branch revenue, enrollment, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Admission Counselors and branch staff.
- Manage the complete lead-to-enrollment sales pipeline and ensure CRM discipline.
- Handle high-value student/parent consultations, objections, escalations, and closures.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and local partners.
- Develop the Vijayawada market through college tie-ups, events, seminars, and local lead-generation activities.
- Plan and execute branch-level marketing and student engagement activities.
- Track and report key KPIs including leads, conversions, applications, enrollments,



revenue, and team productivity.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and coordination with central teams.

Ideal Candidate

- 4–8 years of experience in Overseas Education, EdTech, Education Consulting, or High-Ticket Sales.
- Experience in team leadership and branch/business management.
- Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of overseas education and university admissions.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, CRM, and business analytics.
- High ownership, leadership, and target-oriented mindset.
